Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or substantially different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request photographs, documentation, or other information to verify the issue. If the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we may, at our sole discretion and where applicable, provide a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolution.

Do not send merchandise back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or otherwise unavailable after being confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be processed quickly. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may be unable to make changes or cancel the order.
